OH YEAH!!!
Watching the news right now is always a bit scary. Fox 13 tonight featured a piece on the economy and it showed Utah way above the rest of the nation. We have had a 2% job increase while the rest of the nation is at 0.3%. In my opinion that is awesome. We of course are going to be affected by the rest of the nation but now is the time to buy. We can't see the interest rates going any lower and hey the weather is changing and it is time to get out and save some of these sellers. Sellers want out and it will be a win-win.
